• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order placement.
• Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email.
• Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number while placing the order.

Every saree is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch. Hence, we accept return/exchange requests only in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect product.

To be eligible:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and an unedited unboxing video.
• Send the details to returns@paavaisilks.com along with the order number
• The saree must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Original tags, packaging and folding must be completely intact.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography or screen settings
• Natural weaving irregularities, thread variations or minor inconsistencies inherent to the fabric
• Products that have been used, unfolded extensively, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without tags

Refunds

For an approved damage/incorrect-product claim, replacement of the same product will be our first option, subject to availability.

Where a replacement cannot be provided, we will initiate refund only after receiving the original product in intact condition.
